Mango extract is derived from Mangifera indica through extraction of the fruit's natural aromatic compounds — primarily monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, esters, and furanones — that together create the characteristic tropical, sweet, and slightly floral flavour profile of ripe mango.

In TWOZERO®, mango extract contributes depth and sweetness to the Forest Fruit flavour profile, complementing the other fruit extracts to create a well-rounded, refreshing taste. The aromatic compounds in mango extract are the same volatile molecules found in fresh fruit, captured without synthetic alternatives.
