About

Raspberry extract is derived from Rubus idaeus through controlled extraction of the fruit's natural volatile aromatic compounds. Raspberry has one of the most complex flavour profiles of any berry — nearly 300 individual volatile compounds have been identified in raspberry alone — with key contributors including esters, alcohols, and monoterpenes that together create its distinctively bright and slightly tart character.

In the Forest Fruit variety of TWOZERO®, raspberry extract works alongside strawberry and blueberry extracts to build a layered, refreshing berry flavour that feels clean and natural rather than artificial or overly sweet. All fruit extracts in TWOZERO® are selected for their authenticity and natural origin.
