Lime extract is derived from Citrus aurantifolia or Citrus latifolia through extraction of the fruit's natural aromatic compounds — including D-limonene, citral, and a range of terpenes that give lime its distinctive zesty, slightly floral, and more aromatic character compared to lemon.

In the Citrus variety of TWOZERO®, lime extract adds the aromatic complexity and depth that separates the flavour profile from a simple lemon drink — contributing a distinctive edge that makes the Citrus variety feel like a premium, considered product rather than a generic flavoured water. Like all citrus extracts in TWOZERO®, lime is selected for its natural authenticity, with no synthetic top notes or artificial enhancement.
