About

Blueberry extract is derived from Vaccinium myrtillus or Vaccinium corymbosum through extraction of the fruit's natural aromatic and pigment compounds. Blueberries are distinctive for their combination of subtle, deep berry flavour and a rich anthocyanin content — the pigment compounds responsible for their characteristic deep blue-purple colour.

In the Forest Fruit variety of TWOZERO®, blueberry extract adds depth and complexity to the overall flavour profile, giving it the layered, sophisticated character that sets it apart from simpler single-note fruit drinks.
